Refiners Fire to be Released Upon the American Church.

Asking for the Holy Spirit’s “Refining Fire” to fall upon our Churches, Pastors, Elders, & Ecclesia over America in the Fall of 2025.

In July of 2025, God gave me the “Prayer of Refiner’s Fire” for the American Church. If judgment starts in the House of the Lord, can purification, refinement, and revival begin in the Church?

I say yes — but we must allow the Refinement of the Holy Spirit to move over God’s Church.

Our mission is to be obedient to the Call by being boots on the ground, and letting God determine the outcome.

In the book of Revelation, Jesus dictates letters to the 7 Churches of Asia Minor. In each of the letters we can glean how a Church should operate.

Let us have ears to hear what the Spirit says to the Churches.

Will You Pray for 10 Churches?

Be in prayer for God to lead you or your group to pick 10 or more churches in your local community.

Why 10? Abraham negotiated with God that if 10 righteous could be found in Sodom, He would spare the city.

Let us ask God to send Refining Fire upon those churches we are led to go. Don’t necessarily look for the biggest, most well-known, influential, or denominational church — but go where God leads.

It could be a very small, not well-known congregation.

 

How to Begin

Pray the Refiner’s Fire Prayer in agreement over 10 churches in your city or community.

“They were all with one accord in one place.” (Acts 2:1)

Download and keep a printed copy of the document with you.

Anoint rocks and read inspiring Scriptures over the land as you walk the property. Boots on the ground require feet on the ground — Joshua 1:3: “Every place the sole of your foot will tread upon I have given you,”

  • Read Matthew 5:13-15 about the Church as the Salt & Light.

  • Play worship music on the property (examples: Casting Crowns – Start Right Here and Chris Tomlin – God of This City).

Why Anoint Rocks with Oil?

Here is an excerpt explaining the practice:

  1. Pick up 10 random stones by the leading of the Holy Spirit.
  2. Anoint them with oil and keep them set aside.
  3. Choose an anointing oil of your choice.

Anointing oil is a central element in the consecration of individuals and objects for divine service.
In Exodus 30:22-25, God instructs Moses to prepare a sacred anointing oil using specific ingredients:

“Take the finest spices: 500 shekels of liquid myrrh, half as much (250 shekels) of fragrant cinnamon, 250 shekels of fragrant cane, 500 shekels of cassia—all according to the sanctuary shekel—and a hin of olive oil. Prepare from these a holy anointing oil, a fragrant blend, the work of a perfumer; it will be a sacred anointing oil.”

This oil was used to anoint the Tabernacle, the Ark of the Covenant, and the priests, setting them apart for holy purposes (Exodus 30:26-30).

Symbolism and Purpose
The use of oil in anointing signifies sanctification, empowerment, and the Holy Spirit’s presence.

In 1 Samuel 16:13, when Samuel anoints David as king, “the Spirit of the LORD came powerfully upon David from that day forward.”

This act symbolizes God’s choice and blessing, marking individuals for a specific role or mission.

Speak Life and Intercede

Speak life over the property and people — and let God do the rest.

We can all do more to be the Salt and Light in our communities.

With that spirit of humility, let us walk, pray, intercede, and declare for God’s Refining Fire to fall upon the Church.

“The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much.” – James 5:16
